No collateral security except one third party Personal guarantee of person having adequate net worth preferably of spouse. |

| |
No collateral security except two third party Personal guarantee of person having adequate net worth, one guarantee shall be of spouse. |

| Tangible collateral security equivalent to 50% of the loan amount and one personal guarantee preferably of spouse. |

| In case loan is granted for acquiring premises, other term loans and working capital requirement. The loan for the premises shall be secured by mortgage of the property purchased and no additional collateral security may be insisted, however, the borrower shall furnish tangible security equivalent to 50% of the uncovered portion of other term loans including working capital loan. |

Repayment:
- Total repayment period including moratorium period shall not exceed seven years.
- Maximum moratorium period shall not exceed one year based on the justification and merits of the case.
- Term loan to be repaid in equated monthly instalments.
